Natural Balance Massage Therapy

When I decided to open my own practice, I set out to create a studio where Therapeutic Massage was the primary focus, where each massage session truly made a difference in the way your body functions and feels.  I wanted to create a space and experience for my clients that is welcoming and relaxing where you can reconnect— body, mind and spirit.

After having a wonderful private practice for over 14 years in Concord, NH, I relocated to sunny Fort Lauderdale, FL in 2019.  I'm grateful to continue doing what I love in an area that I truly feel at home.

Curious by nature, I am always discovering new techniques and ideas and constantly strive to further my own knowledge and understanding of new and beneficial modalities.  

Whether it be to relax, indulge, maintain health or alleviate pain...when you step inside my studio, you leave your world behind for a while and are enveloped by the cozy atmosphere that awaits you, where you can unwind, take your time and know that you will be cared for to the best of my ability.
